Terms of Service — AutoMarketAPI

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or accessing the services provided by AutoMarketAPI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who also handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to comply with Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms of Service.

3. API Access and Subscriptions

AutoMarketAPI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our automotive REST API endpoints strictly in accordance with your chosen subscription tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Monthly quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer or attempt to compromise the integrity of the API infrastructure.
Resell or lease your API key to third parties without prior authorization.
Circumvent documented rate limits or execute distributed denial of service attacks.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, services are provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via our developer documentation portal.
